Videolab G7-B is a real alternative when there is no possibility for installation in the cabinet, or limited mounting options are available. The high-performance can hardly be desired and offers everything what is expected from image-processing system today. A robust industrial environments suitable housing guarantees a reliable and flawless functionality. The 32-bit PCI backplane of the Videolab G7-B is configured as standard with 2 PICMG slots for the installation of SBC cards. It is also equipped with 7 PCI and up to 3 PCI Express slots. Modern interfaces such as USB, Dual-Ethernet and Profibus DP (4 x USB, 2 x RS232 and 1 x LPT) further facilitate data transmission. The opto-decoupled and short-circuit-proof digital inputs and outputs can be used for example for connection to a PLC. The systems simultaneously offer great flexibility, since all common types of camera can be connected without any problem. The integrated remote maintenance interface and the DVD-RW drive make servicing and data back-up child’s play.
