ASENTICS GZA™ – The complete solution for returnable containers
The ASENTICS bulk counting machine (GZA™) is a high-performance all-in-one system for detection, counting and sorting returnable containers. Specially developed for the ultra-fast processing of large quantities of plastic bottles, cans or glass bottles, the ASENTICS GZA™ is the ideal complete solution for large deposit counting centres.
The bags with containers are simply emptied at the separation station’s two-plate separator. Thanks to the separation principle, the packs are automatically separated before they are accelerated and optimally aligned by the conveyor system for the detection station.
The containers are recorded at the evaluation station by ASENTICS CLEARGATE™ 4.0 . The latest level of our vision system, specially developed for ultra-precise, high-speed detection of returnable containers, recognises all common 1D and 2D codes as well as other security features. This means that up to 12,000 containers per hour can be reliably detected and processed.
The containers are sorted as specified on the basis of the evaluation. The sorting station has four freely configurable collection boxes. In this way, for example, separate collection of the different types of material can be ensured.
