PRECISE is the fully automated inspection system for 360° inspection of complex seals with demanding geometries. Up to five high-resolution vision sensors capture every angle and surface of the sealing ring, reliably detecting even the smallest defects. The result: 100% inspected quality and zero defective parts in circulation. As a fully equipped system with an integrated control cabinet and operator terminal, PRECISE can be used flexibly – either as a standalone unit or seamlessly integrated into existing production lines.
