Training
Learn how to use ASENTICS inspection systems perfectly and gain in-depth knowledge about image processing. Thanks to the wide variety of basic, advanced and service technician training courses, our customers become qualified image processing users and learn how to safely handle complicated technology.
Training courses
Our range of basic training courses imparts industry-internal, future-oriented specialist knowledge or teaches you how to safely handle your ASENTICS inspection system.
Working with the ASENTICS image processing systems (e.g. calibration of camera and measured value protocols, interfaces of the system control,…).
Influence of digitalisation on industrial image processing
Future-oriented design of image processing systems
Videolab is ASENTICS’ self-developed configuration software. It is used to parameterise and optimise optical inspection processes and is the operator’s interface to the image processing system. Our Videolab training offer covers all areas of the software and trains you in skills such as changing measurement parameters to independently configuring new product types.
Tools of ASENTIS Videolab (detect, measure, verify, director and logic editor)
Image analysis process
Select, check and save scripts
Create and set up new product types
Move and change AOIs (setpoint and tolerances)
Many things can grow from independence. With regard to our training courses for the VARIO inspection systems, independence ensures flexibility and autonomy.
Setting up the inspection system for new types
Setting the parameters for different test types
Setting the tolerances for different test types
Setting the ejection position
Adjusting the mechanical positioning elements
Adjusting the illuminations
Troubleshooting the inspection system
Setting the test zones, thresholds and tolerances
Everything covered – from installation and use to stand-alone service. Our comprehensive range of training courses for the ASENTICS code reader systems:
Set up and install code reading devices (mode of operation, device variants as well as electrical connections and accessories).
Device configuration and operation (operator levels, image acquisition and illumination, operating and trigger modes, data output, network configuration of 1D and 2D codes as well as loading and saving configuration networks).
Service work and service tools (software updates, enabling and activating languages, Netcamfinder and IP Setup programmes)
