Asentics BASIC2
Does your seal have a special shape or is it made of a special material that prevents it from being handled in a typical turning station? Do you still want quality control on both sides of your seal? The solution is BASIC2, the inspection system that sets standards in the combination of performance and efficiency. The optical sensors can be freely configured and customised to meet specific customer requirements. At DKT 2024, we will be showing you the BASIC2, equipped with a dimension sensor for dimensional accuracy checks, outside sensor for inspecting the outer surface and, as an additional highlight, the FASTLINE™ sensor for inspecting hidden cracks.
Asentics COMPACT2
Do you need to inspect particularly large seals? You value an open conveyor concept? Get to know the COMPACT2. The inspection system enables seals with a diameter of up to 100 mm to be inspected on both sides. Thanks to its high degree of flexibility in terms of system integration, the COMPACT2 is suitable for both batch and inline inspection. In addition to a height measuring unit (HMU), the system can be equipped with three additional sensors as required. In action at the DKT2024: The COMPACT2 with outside and two topside sensors.
