With the introduction of the deposit obligation in Germany in 2003, CLEARGATE™ was the answer to the need for robust and powerful technology for the mass detection of returnable containers in large deposit counting centres. Now the next chapter begins: with CLEARGATE™ 4.0, we are taking everything that makes CLEARGATE special to a new level.

  • An even higher optical resolution from 16 high-performance cameras, paired with high-frequency image recording. The result: 1,600 camera images per second

  • Higher reading reliability combined with faster evaluation speeds enable a throughput of up to 12,000 containers per hour

  • Recognition of all common 1D and 2D codes or specific security features

  • An even more robust but significantly more compact design for easier handling and integration into existing conveyor systems

  • Essential due to the ambient conditions: Easier cleaning and maintenance thanks to special service position
