Exceptionally easy to use

Operation of the ITC-SIRPA is intuitive and simple. All the operating functions are available to the user on the control panel integrated into the electrical cabinet. Important status and process information such as throughput, number of dialysers tested or even test images can be called up at any time via the dashboard. A comprehensive statistics function can provide valuable information on specific batches or filter types. The test part configuration is also very user-friendly, allowing new filter types to be easily configured and set up for inspection.

Industrie 4.0

The ITC-SIRPA can be integrated into Industrie 4.0-capable networks via OPC UA. As a result and independent of proprietary standards, inspection results and plant conditions can be visualized, test parameters can be exchanged between machines and inspection orders can be distributed via the ERP system. In addition, the use of OPC UA in conjunction with digital twin models provides a wide of possibilites, e.g. the complete digital transfer of handover documentation.
